Our 7-day returns policy for faulty goods
If your purchase is delivered to you damaged or faulty, you may return it to Rattan Furniture Store within 7 days of the date of delivery and we will offer you wherever possible a replacement of the faulty goods. In this instance, Rattan Furniture Store will be responsble for delivery costs to replace or collect your item. Returned items must be boxed ready for collection in their original packaging. You should inform us of any faults that you have found with the item or its packaging as soon as you take delivery and you will be asked to provide photographic evidence of the fault(s) before we re-deliver a new item. Please note that all boxes should be checked for faults or damage when signed for from the delivery driver. We are not responsible for damage caused once delivery has been taken and goods have been accepted. All faulty items must be returned in the original packaging. Products with manufacturers faults must be returned as soon as the fault is discovered and within 7 days of the delivery date. Faliure to comply may result in Rattan Furniture Store refusing to exchange your goods. Faulty items will be replaced at once (stocks permitting) or as soon as possible should the item be out of stock.
If you do not like the item that you have purchased, we will also offer you a 7 day Money Back Guarantee but please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the item(s) to us. A full refund will only be made once we have taken delivery of the item and it has been checked for damage. All returned items must have their original packaging.
