Standard Terms & Conditions of Sale
These conditions shall govern all sales of goods by Rattan Furniture Store unless expressly excluded by the written agreement of Rattan Furniture Store and the Buyers.
Rattan Furniture Store has free delivery on all its products if delivered inside the United Kingdom (Mainland)
Whilst every effort will be made to deliver goods in accordance with customers' requirements, no responsibility will be accepted by Rattan Furniture Store
for delays, howsoever caused. All delivery should be made within 7 days of purchase.
All deliveries will be made as per the standard packing multiples stated on the pricelist -orders received for non-standard pack quantities will be 'rounded' up to the nearest pack multiple.
4. DAMAGED GOODS AND SHORTAGES
The receipt of goods in a damaged condition must be notified to us in writing, such notice to be received within 5 days of the receipt goods
Shortages on delivery must be notified to us in writing, such notice to be received within 5 days of delivery.
We shall not accept any claim for merchandise returned, unless we have been advised in writing of damages/shortages within 5 days of receipt of goods
Damaged or faulty goods must be returned within 3 months of delivery, carriage paid, otherwise they cannot be accepted for replacement or credit,
which action we reserve the right to decide as we deem fit.
Any goods returned by agreement must be accompanied by the advice note number on which they were supplied, or the invoice number against
which they were charged.
